Square
Square sends Mocca the payments taken on your point-of-sale devices, with refunds. Each payment becomes an Order with source Square; when the payment carries a customer, it is linked to that person’s Contact.

| Webhook Notification URL | Exactly the address registered in the Square Developer Dashboard, character for character. Square signs each call with it, so any difference makes every call fail. Needed only for instant updates. |
How it stays up to date
- Instant updates from Square’s webhooks, checked against the signature key.
- Replay every 10 minutes: payments that arrived but were not processed are retried.
- Daily safety net: every night Mocca re-reads the last 48 hours of payments.
