Time zone

Every date and time in Mocca (order times, event dates, check-ins, the nightly jobs) is shown and stored in the site time zone. Times that vendors send in another zone are converted when they arrive.

The time zone is set when your site is created, to the zone of the venue. Later deployments do not change it.

To change it

1. Open System Settings (/app/system-settings).
2. Change Time Zone and save.

Change it only if the site was created with the wrong zone: times already stored are not converted, so records saved before the change keep the old zone’s clock times.

Each user can also set their own time zone on their user record; Frappe uses it for some date displays, but Mocca’s records follow the site time zone.
